Reviews

Most customers were happy with the chair, it was comfortable, easy to assemble and adjust. Some customers were unhappy with the packaging, weak lumbar support and the instructions.

Summarized Review

  • Really solid chair and feels incredibly well made for the price point. The wheels and casters are super smooth, and the chair has a nice heavy weight to it while using it. It feels like you're sitting in a $1,000 designer desk chair. MY MAIN SUGGESTION: Skip the horrible instructions document and go to Hon's YouTube video about putting the chair together.

  • A bit pricey (but much cheaper than the chair designs that HON so blatantly borrows from). - Horrible packaging (loose pieces in the box can damage the delicate mesh seat back or scratch the finish on the plastic pieces). - Weak lumbar support (I added a foam lumbar cushion in between the lumbar support and the mesh back for added support with some cushion).

  • About a week in — I am very pleased with this chair, its comfort, and its various ergonomic adjustments. It feels very similar to the fine, back-friendly HON chair.

  • This is a great task chair for the price. I used to have an older model of HON chair at my previous work and liked it a lot.

  • It's very configurable, almost infinitely so. I feel like I should be able to adjust it so it's more comfortable over longer periods of time, but it's not like I'm in physical pain either - no small feat since I have chronic sciatica problems But the true joy of this chair is the assembly. It look longer to unback than it did to assemble. Three screws, and everything else just snaps into place. Remarkable engineering from that perspective.
