Details

  • While the StreamCam is on the pricier side, you pay for the ease of use, camera quality and compatibility.
  • 5.3 ounces, 2.6 x 2.3 x 1.9 inches and seriously compact.
  • The frame is squared and comes in either white or graphite plastic.
  • Both models feature a heather gray canvas surrounding the lens and a Logitech logo to the left of the lens. Each side of the camera has a bump that slides it into the mount in either landscape or portrait mode.
  • Features a sturdy plastic mount. The clip portion of the mount can be removed and replaced with a tripod, which comes with the StreamCam Plus, but not the base model.
  • The only major flaw is the cable. It's a 5-foot inline that can't be removed.
  • Only available in USB Type-C to make use of the StreamCam’s 60 fps at 1080p.
  • Includes Image Stabilization and Auto Framing.
  • Offers dual microphones for Stereo or Dual Mono recording.
  • At the price, it's one of the most expensive devices in its class and useless for any setup that doesn't have a USB-C port. If either of these things is an issue, you might be better served with the Razer Kiyo. Otherwise, the StreamCam is a fantastic, albeit expensive, steppingstone.

  • Using this to do video conferencing for work and the image quality is a huge step up from the built in webcam on a Macbook Pro. The design is also very attractive, and much. more pleasant to look at than most competitors, including those by Logitech themselves. My only complaint was this does not come with a privacy shield, and no third party options seem to exist. This is somewhat annoying. Happy with the product overall though.

  • Pretty pricey for a camera that doesn't have a lot of customizable features or adjustable zoom from wide to narrow. But works perfectly in my case at home for Zoom/WebEx/Google Meet meetings. Color is more natural and brightness is almost spot-on realistic. Clipped easily to my monitor and also worked well both via USB-C.

  • The camera is solidly built, and the video quality is superior. I was told I have the best image quality out of the online meeting participants. Maybe too good and my wrinkles are now more visible...haha.

  • Pricey, but that’s USB C for you. Does everything it claims although mic aptitude will vary depending on how far you are, the size of the room, etc. 2-3 feet from face is optimal for the mic in this cam.

  • I am impressed with this camera. I have had many Logitech accessories over the years and have generally found them to be sturdy, worthwhile purchases. This is the first one over $100 though, and so far I am very happy. The video quality is excellent and smooth at 30fps. It gets super silky at 60fps. The microphone is better than decent too, particularly for video calls or narrating. Sometimes the mic is pretty bad on webcams, not here.
